A Multinational company is seeking suitable candidates to fill the following positions at their plant in Matori, Oshodi, Lagos .
1. Production Line Operators.
2. Process Engineer
3. Production Shift Lead.
1. Production Line Operator
The jobholder ensures correct operation of the equipment to achieve optimal production process for filling and packaging of cosmetic products according to safety, quality and production order.
Required Qualification
· OND in Electrical, Mechanical , Production Engineering or any relevant technical discipline
· At least 2 years’ experience in production of consumer goods (e.g. drugs, food, cosmetics)
2. Process Engineer
The jobholder is responsible for solving engineering problems that may occur and providing effective support in compounding production. He/she accompanies the implementation of new recipes and processes and handles the installation and validation of new equipment. The job holder is also responsible for the process optimization of the compounding.
Required Qualification
· BSc. in process engineering or chemical engineering.
· At least 4 years’ experience in production of consumer goods (e.g. drugs, food, cosmetics)
· Good analytical capability.
· Department cross communication & coordination skills.
· High sense for quality, sustainability & reliability.
3. Production Shift Lead.
The jobholder is overall responsible for an optimal production process, including compounding, filling and packaging. Steering and developing the production in safety, quality and productivity. The jobholder leads operations on shift and removes all barriers to meet production plan and improve manufacturing.
Required Qualification
· HND in any Engineering field
· At least 4 years’ experience in production of consumer goods (e.g. drugs, food, cosmetics)
· Should have good supervisory skills.
· Technical knowledge & experience in food, drug or cosmetics industries.
· Good communication & coordination skills and proactive behaviour.
· Experience in SAP/R3 (especially logistics module).
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
