Relationship Officer(Client Account Management)
Remuneration : 2 million - 2.5 million per annum
Location: Abuja
We are the topmost security company in Nigeria, we are looking for the services of a Relationship Officer to work in our team in Abuja
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and build a strong relationship with clients with a view to continuous business retention, growth& expansion (cross selling)
Generation and updating of client data base within the assigned sector/group
Clients continuous education on product and services featured including benefit of use.
Anticipate and engage clients on their industry challenge while positioning our company to maximize our offering with such clients
Proactively visits clients locations and monitor products and service performance
Manage complaints and incident on a day to day basis and drive process with operations to fully resolve complaints
Institute periodic meetings with clients as required
Advise account Manager of any problematic accounts or challenges encountered with any account
Engage clients during service recovery activities to ensure business continuity
All other responsibilities assigned by the account manager
Educational qualification:
BSc./BA/B.Ed
Experience
3 - 5 years cognent experience in banking required.
