Job Title: A LEGAL/HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Location: Lagos Island
A Legal/HR Officer is required in an investment firm located on the island.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and maintains a Human Resource system that meets top Management information needs.
• Coordinates recruitment and selection interviews.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing agreement.
• Assist in monitoring litigation and court session observation.
• Strong communication and ability to manage people.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to ensure staff compliance to regulations.
Requirements and Experience.
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) & BL
• Must have completed NYSC.
• A Chartered Personnel Manager (CIPM) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
