Position: 24/7 Monitoring Engineer
Industry: Telecoms
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Age limit: 25 - 32 years old
Years of Experience: 2 or more years
Responsibilities:
- 24 x 7 x 365 staffed engineers monitoring, responding to and providing technical support
- Immediate response, no answering machines no queues
- Active monitoring of network, bit errors on network and alarms.
- SLA and QOS reports
- Direction of all activities to problem resolution
- Spare card/equipment storage and replacement
Qualifications:
- B.SC/M.SC in an IT/Engineering related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE software
- Top-Notch knowledge on RF optimization and KPI optimization
- Experienced in the use of Huawei/ZTE/Ericsson equipment.
