URGENT JOB OPENING
ZONAL HEAD
Location: Kaduna
We are the topmost security company in Nigeria, we are looking for the service of a Zonal Head to work in our team in Kaduna.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Operations Management
Ensure that all physical security to all onsite customers is delivered according to the company’s security policy
Undertakes various tasks in accordance with the mandatory requirements of standard of operation(SOP)
Lead the execution of tasks associated with the achievement of the business goals
Ensure that all physical security to all on site customers is delivered with the company’s security policy
Manages and Coordinate all operational activities in the zone
Ensure that operational performance agreements, interim and main reviewers are undertaken within set timescale
Lead in undertaking various tasks in accordance with the mandatory requirement of security framework document, including security survey, risk assessment, drafting relevant policies and procedures and compiling security report
Ensure that all business recovery/ contingencies plan and/or procedures held within the control room are always kept up to date.
Undertake the security lead role in any Major Incident Team
2. Business Development
Drive Business Development initiatives and achievement of set revenue targets of the assigned zone
Responsible for the service delivery of Sales, All Business Operations and Development within the assigned Zone
Provide market trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth in the area of responsibility
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all tenders and contractual commitments of the company
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client need
Educational qualification:
BSc./BA/B.Ed/HND
Professional Security Certification will be an advantage.
Experience
At least 3 years cognent experience in Security Operations and business development .
Fluency in Hausa language will be an advantage.
