Job Description
* Ensuring Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of all tractors and implements are done
* Applying proper Supervisory skills to all workshop activities
* Ensuring adequate training and guidance of technical staff
* Any other duty that may be assigned by management
Requirements
* Between 30-45 years of Age
* BSc. /HND in Automotive engineering or similar field
* At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position in a large scale fully mechanized farming establishment using farm tractors and complementary implements
* Ability to comprehend schematics and specifications
* Strong knowledge of engineering concepts
Competencies:
* Good Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
* Possess significant knowledge of tractor parts and implements
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Excellent Teamwork skills
* Efficient client management
