There is an opening for the role of an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing company (FMCG) located on the mainland, Lagos.
Duties include:
Provide line managers with HR guidance in business unit
Monitor and report on employee engagement and succession planning
Acts as a point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
Identify and resolve employee challenges
Provide support for the employees and line managers to improve quality of work, manage relationships and increase productivity.
Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programmes
Support the HR Manager strategically on HR functions.
Candidate Qualification:
A university degree is required
Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.
Candidate Experience:
Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience (Factory experience is a MUST).
