JOB TITLE: NURSE 1
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
A Nurse 1 provides occupational health services at a site or operation typically with a more experienced
colleague.
Typically Registered Nurse (RN) with occupational health experience or Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).
Specific Requirements
1. Registered Nurse/ Midwife Certificate with at least Five (5) years or more experience.
2. Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
3.Other Relevant Professional Nurse Certification
Key Competencies
1. Prompt Response to emergencies.
2. Ability
to check and carry out routine maintenance on equipment.
3.Proactive in triaging of patients
4. Well informed on current trends of management and care of disease conditions.
