Vacancy for Performance Management Manager
Our client, a firm that’s into Financial Services, Oil & Gas Services & Project Management,is seeking to fill the position of a Performance Management Manager and we’re looking forward to bright, young, strong and smart executives sending in their resumes.
· Job Expectations
1. Oversees the development and implementation of a firm-wide performance appraisal system and provides advice and recommendations on performance improvement to management and staff.
2. Oversees the development and implementation of the firm core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system.
3. Analyzes and reports on measurement results.
4. Provides ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used by employees to effectively manage operations, identify and manage risks, and effect organizational change.
5. Develops and conducts presentations and training on the performance appraisal system.
6. Provides training to all levels of staff on performance management and systems.
7. Develops and implement firm performance improvement plans and or remedial measures.
8. Drives full compliance with the firm’s performance appraisal system for operational efficiency and profitability among other roles that will be discussed after a candidate has been shortlisted.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree and up.
Experience
1. Five (5) years of professional Human Resources generalist experience.
2. Three (3) years of direct experience in performance appraisal systems.
3. Experience in developing employee performance measures.
4. Experience in providing training on performance management systems.
5. Experience with MBO Goal Setting and Balanced Scorecard Appraisal
6. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification will be added advantages.
