A management consulting firm seek to engage the services of experienced Principal Consultants

A management consulting firm seek to engage the services of a Principal Consultants with a minimum of 5 years relevant hands-on experience in management consulting.

He/she will be responsible for the analysis, design, scheduling and delivery of solutions on behalf of the company to meet clients’ expectations.

Our preferred candidates will be expected to:

 Manage and mentor the team of consultants assigned to projects
 Manage existing clients and build relationships with new clients
 Guide research and analysis efforts
 Ensure execution of assigned projects within the time, scope and budget negotiated with the client
 Evaluate existing systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvement where necessary
 Designing prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client’s needs; and ensuring client satisfaction until the project is complete
 To create simple business cases and financial models
 Project management certification and a MBA degree will be an added advantage
 Previous practical experience in a financial services sector will be an added advantage. Mode of Application.
