Help-desk management/ provision of first level support to users for timely resolution of issues
Perform consistent, accurate problem escalation processes, update documentation and process as needed
Carries out confirmation that expectations have been met on all incidents before they are closed
Utilize investigative techniques to identify, research, resolve and follow-up on problems, referring appropriate issues to Head.
Make computers perform specific tasks and establishing a detailed program specification based on detailed specifications.
Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications.
Consulting manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge;
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, IT

100% compliance with IT requests resolution
Number of application down time record in the review period
Number of innovative ideas that contributed to reduce IT running cost
Number of Audit exception recorded
* Qualification and Experience
Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or other related courses
Second Class Upper
2/3 years of relevant experience
