Job Title- Procurement Assistant Clerk 
 Location: Lagos 

Responsibilities
*Market Survey and Market errands
*Maintenance of files in line with ISO standard. 
*Dispatch of various supply chain documents to store, finance, warehouse and other sections of the organization. 
*Organize all procurement activities relating to development of bid lists, request for proposals, and collection of bids and distribution of bid documents
*Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items: mail, courier packages. 
*Perform several clerical duties such as maintaining files, data entry, complete and process purchase requisition forms and Sispro Requisition. 
*Follow up on open orders as appropriate; expedites late delivery to achieve on time delivery. Run DIFOT reports and present to vendors. 
*Correspond with suppliers for quotation, maintain contact with vendors regarding the current status of PO.

Qualification: Minimum Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Economics, Accounting, Financial Studies, Statistics or any other related numeric fields. Minimum of 1year experience in Supply Chain Management.
